Banana milkshakes were a revelation for me. When I’m calorie counting, banana milkshakes allow me to scratch the milkshake itch without blowing my calorie budget. They’re surprisingly satisfying and so easy to concoct it’s almost laughable to give ingredients and directions. For the sake of consistency with my other recipes, I’m going to do just that.
1 cup frozen banana slices
1 cup of milk
- Place banana and milk in a blender.
- Blitz until smooth.
If you want to take this to the next level, add a tablespoon of sugar. If you want to go a level beyond that, add a scoop of ice cream.
